Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply wherever the capitalised term appears in this document.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nbajeee, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of nbajeee following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

nbajeee reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Registration on nbajeee is open to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By completing registration, you warrant and represent to nbajeee that each of the following conditions is satisfied:

1. Age: You are at least 18 years of age. nbajeee operates a strict 18+ policy. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all deposited funds returned. Winnings accrued during an underage period will be forfeited.
2. Single Account: You are registering one account only. Holding multiple accounts on nbajeee — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Personal Use: You are registering for your own personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited.
4. Accuracy: All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are obliged to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously been self-excluded from nbajeee or notified the platform to close your account on responsible gaming grounds.

nbajeee reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any security review. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nbajeee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made by Players. Third-party MFS providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and bank operators may apply their own transaction fees, for which nbajeee accepts no responsibility.

nbajeee will never process a withdrawal to a third-party account or a payment method not associated with the registered Player. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from fraudulent withdrawal requests made by unauthorised parties. All withdrawal requests are logged and may be reviewed by our compliance team.

Bonuses & Promotions

nbajeee offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome packages of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual promotion.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
2. Time Limits: Every bonus offer carries an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
3. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, video slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. Each promotion will state the applicable game contribution rates.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an active bonus is outstanding may result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus.
5. Bonus Abuse: nbajeee employs automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
6. Right to Withdraw Promotions: nbajeee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform's promotions page.

Game Rules & Betting

All casino games and sports betting markets available on nbajeee are governed by the rules established by the respective game studios and sportsbook providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during an active game session or live bet, nbajeee will apply the following resolution protocol:

• If a game round is interrupted before a result is determined and no outcome can be verified, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's wallet
• If a game round result has been confirmed by the game server before the disconnection, that result will stand and will be settled accordingly
• In the event of a sportsbook system error affecting odds at the time a bet was placed, nbajeee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion
• Progressive jackpot wins and bonus round completions are only valid if the full game cycle completes successfully and is recorded by the game server

All sports betting markets on nbajeee — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other events — are offered subject to market availability. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that wager.

Responsible Gaming

nbajeee is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players in Bangladesh. We provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools that can be activated at any time from the account settings panel. These tools include:

Players who activate a self-exclusion on nbajeee must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account. Any account created in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any winnings accrued during that period will be forfeited. nbajeee will return only the deposited balance (excluding any bonus funds) if a self-excluded player successfully completes registration in error before detection.

Account Suspension & Closure

nbajeee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating
• Suspected money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or any other financially suspicious activity
• Creation of more than one account
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Chargeback requests initiated by the Player against nbajeee through their MFS provider or bank
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward nbajeee staff or other players

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), nbajeee may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or abusive means, those funds will be forfeited in full. Where account closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily (e.g., self-exclusion or personal request), any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@nbajeee. Account closure requests are processed within one business day (BST, UTC+6).

Intellectual Property

All content on the nbajeee platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand identity — is the intellectual property of nbajeee or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nbajeee platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written authorisation from nbajeee
• Using the nbajeee brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written permission
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the source code of any software component of the platform
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading platform data by automated means
• Creating derivative works based on nbajeee content without authorisation

Game content displayed on nbajeee (including slot game interfaces, live dealer studio visuals, and sportsbook layouts) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All rights are reserved by the respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

nbajeee provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform uptime, security, and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbajeee's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based — whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

nbajeee specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Gambling losses incurred by a Player as a result of gameplay, regardless of the circumstances
• Technical issues originating from third-party game studios, MFS providers, internet service providers, or mobile network operators
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their own login credentials
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or any other event outside nbajeee's reasonable control

Amendments to These Terms

nbajeee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not materially alter Player rights, or additions of new game categories — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any amendment, material or minor.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure and the return of any real-money balance. Continued use of nbajeee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of nbajeee. The English-language version of these Terms is the sole authoritative and binding version.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and nbajeee, the Player should in the first instance contact our customer support team via live chat or email at support@nbajeee. Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally within 5 business days (BST, UTC+6) of receiving the Player's written complaint.

If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process as specified in the nbajeee Dispute Resolution Procedure, available on request from our support team.

Players acknowledge that nbajeee operates as an online entertainment platform and that disputes relating to individual game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results are not subject to reversal except in cases of verified technical fault. All technical disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the relevant game event.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and nbajeee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and nbajeee relating to the same subject matter.
